In the principal Act, in section 4,— (i) In clause (a), in the beginning, before the words “with a ticket stamped”, the words “in case of a cinematograph exhibition” shall be inserted; (ii) in clause (b), for the words “ State Government”, wherever they occur, the word “ Commissioner” shall be substituted; (iii) in clause (c), for the words “ State Government”, wherever they occur, the word “ Commissioner” shall be substituted; (iv) in second proviso, the word “second” occurring in between the word “the” and the word “proviso” shall be omitted. Amendment of section 4A. 7, In the principal Act, in section 4A, for the words, “Any officer authorised by the State Government”, the words “The Commissioner or any officer authorized in this behalf by him” shall be substituted.
