In the principal Act, in section 3C,— (i) in sub-section (1),-— (a) the words “the service provider” occurring in between the word “and” and the word “o f’ shall be omitted; (b) in between the words, “the” and “Government”, the word “State” shall be inserted; (ii) in sub-section (2), after the word “the” and before the word “Government”, the word “State” shall be inserted; (iii) in sub-section (3), in between the words, “the” and “Government”, wherever they occur, the word “State” shall be inserted.
