In the principal Act, in section 14, for °4 0 Sf Assam sub-section (6), the following shall be substituted, Act xxiv namelv * - of 1968. • "(6) Each Department shall have a Head whose appointment, powers and duties shall be as prescribed and who shall be responsible to the Dean for the proper organisation and working of the Depart ment.
