(1) Agricultural Experimental and Research Stations shall be established under the University subiect to the provisions of this Act and the Stat utes which shall have the responsibility for Research, A both fundamental and applied. Research activities shall be conducted at the Central Research Stations and other Regional Research and Experimental Stations to be dhablished in Jk the different Agro-climatic zones ' of the State.
