Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other law fcr the time being in force, the liability of the member of a Corporation as regards dues of the Cor poration to third parties will be limited to the extent of the value of this ordinary or preference shares held by them in the Corporation. Provided that each individual mem ber will be liable to pay to the Corporation all his dues to the Corporation. Repeal and 34.(1) Th e Assam Agricultural Farming Corporations Savings.
