(1) No suit, prosecution or oth er legal proceeding shall lie against a Corporation or its employees or Govern ment Seieants for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or Rules rfrade thereunder or die rpemorandum of Association of the Corporation. (2) No civil suit or legal proceedings shall he enter tained by any court in matters of dispute • between a Cor poration and its members and in all such matters the deci sion of the State Government shall be final ar.d binding on the parties concerned.
