Powe6 to make rules : (1) The CompetentAuthority of the University may make rules forallor any ofthe provisions of thisAct, as may be deemed expedient, to carry out the provisions of the Act. (2) All rules made under this Act shall be laid before the Legislatrve assembly as soon as it made.
