Status of Assets/Liabiliti6 on DissolutionrDe-recognition : Allassets and properties including permanent endo\ nnentfund, general fund or any other fund and also the liabilities of the University will belong to the Trust in case of dissolution of the University underany clause mentioned herein above in the Act. (1) The Stiate Government may for the purposes of removrng any difficulties, particularly in relation to the transition from the provisions oftheArunachal Pradesh Universities Act, to the provisions of this Act, direct that the provisions of this Act shallduring such period as may be specilied in the orde( have effect subject to such adaptatrons, whether by way of modifications, addition or omission as it may deem necessary or expedient ; Provided that no such order shall be made after turo years from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) Every order made under sub-section ( 1 ) shall be laid before house(s) of the State Legislature as soon as may be after it is made. (3) No order made under sub-section (1) shall be called in questaon in any court on the ground that no difficulty as is refened to in lhal sutssection existed orwas required to be rerno/ed.
