Expenditure of the University during dis3olution : ('l ) The expenditure for administration of the University during the taking over the liabilities of the University under sectron 49 shall be metout of the permanentendowmenl, the general fund, and the development fund. (2) lf the funds referred to sub-section (1) are not sufficient to meet the expenditure of the University during the taking over the liabilities o{ the University such exp€nditure may be met by disposing of the properties or assets ofthe University by the Slate Govemment.
