Dissolution of Univercity : (1) lf the University proposes its dissolution in accordance with the law governing its constitutions or incorporation, it shall give at least six months written notice to the State Govemment. (2) On receipt of notice refened to in sub-section (1) the State Govemment shall make such anangement for administration ofthe Universityfrom the date of dissolution ofthe University and until the last batch of students in regular courses of studies of the University complete their courses or studies in such manner as may be prescribed. 211
