Removol of nome of tourism unit, trovel ogent/tour operotor, guide ond odventure sports operotor from the register : The registrotion outhority moy, by order, in writing, remove the nome oftourism unit or trovelogent/tour operotor orguide or odventure sports operotor, os the cose moy be, from the register ond concel the certificote of registrotion issued under section 7, on ony ol the following grounds, nomely :- (o) if the tourism unit operotor or the trovel ogenvtour operotor the guide or the odventure sports operotor, os the cose moy be, ceoses to operote the tourism unit or ceoses to oct os o trovel ogenvtour operotor or o guide or on odventure sports operotor for which he is registered ; (b) if the tourism unit operotor or the trovel ogenvtour operotor or the guide or the odventure sports operotor, os the cose moy be, is convicted of ony offence under Chopters XIV ond XVI of the lndion Penol Code, I860 or under ony of the provisions of this Act or of ony offence punishoble under ony low providing lor the prevention of hoording, smuggling or profiteering or odulterotion of lood or drugs or corruption ond two yeors hove not elopsed since the completion of the sentence imposed upon him ; (c) if the tourism unit operotor or the trovel ogenvtour operotor or the guide or on odventure sports operotor, os the cose moy be, is declored insolvent by o court of competent jurisdiction ond hos not been dischorged; (d) if the tourism unit operotor or the trovel ogenvtour operotor or the guide or on odventure sports operotor, os the cose moy be, foils to comply with ony of the provisions of this Act or rules fromed thereunder ; t3 (e) if the tourism unit operotor or the trovel ogent/operotor or the guide or on odventure sports operotor, becomes o nuisonce for the inmotes in his tourism unit os well os odjoining building(s) ; (0 if ony comploint of molproctice is received ond proved ogoinst the tourism unit operotor or the trovel ogenvtour operotor or the guide or on odventure sports operotor, os the cose moy be ; (g) if ony locol outhority mokes o report in writing to the Deportment of Tourism obbut unouthorized construction/ modificotion of Building in the tourism unit in controvention of Building bye-lows ; (h) if the fire deportment comploints to the Deportment of Tourism obout the lock of fke sofety mechonism in the tourism unit building ; (i) if ony locoloufrority or Government civilengineering ogency/ deportment mokes o report in writing ofter thorough insp€ction obout the building sofety ; (j) if the tourism unit operotor or the trovel ogen{tour operotor or the guide or the odventure sports operotor, os the cose moy be, hos obtcined the certificote of registrotion by misrepresentotion or froud ; (k) if the odventure sports operotor does not mointoin equlpments, monpower ond other focilities occordihg to prescribed stondords for sofety ; ond (l) if the odventure sports operotor does not toke the precoutions regording sofety meosures, os moy be prescribed ; Provided thot before removing the nome of ony tourism unit or the trovel ogenutour operotor or the guide or the odventure sports operotor, os the cose moy be, from the register under this section, the registering outhority sholl issue o notice to such tourism unit operotor or the trovel ogenvtour operotor or the guide or on odventure sports operotot os the cose moy be, indicoting the grounds on which it is proposed to toke odion ofter giving him on opportunity of being heord.
