Notificotion ol chonges : (l) Whenevero tourism unitfor which o certificote of registrotion is held by o person devolves by inheritonce or otherwise upon ony other person or undergoes o chonge in respect of ony porticulor entered in the register under this Act, such person sholl, within thifi doys of the dote of such devolution or chonge, notify in writing the loct to the prescribed outhority. (2) The prescribed outhority sholl moke necessory chonges in the register mointoined for the purpose ond in the certifi cote of registrotion. (3) Notwithstonding onything contoined in sub-section (2), the outhority moy remove from the register the nome of the person in whose {ovour the certificote wos issued ond concel the certificote of registrotion, if the successor is not eligible to be registered under this Act.
