Delegation of powers by State Road Authority : The State Road authority may, after obtaining the approval of the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette, delegate any of its powers or duties under clauses (c) and (d) of section 8, sections 24, 26, 27, 31, 32,33,34,35 & Chapter VII of this Act to any officer or authority subordinate to it subject to such conditions if any, as may be specified in such notification.
