The Member-Secretary: (1) The Secretary (Education) appointed by the Government shall be Member Secretary of the Council. (2) The Member Secretary shall be responsible for the co-ordination of the academic functions of the Council. (3) The Member Secretary shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions as may be prescribed.
