The Council shall maintain account in Nationalised Bank for all receipts Fund of the including grants received from the State Government, or Government of Council. India, or from other funding agencies, which is not prohibited by any law for the time being in force. This fund shall be used for recurring/non- recurring expenditure of the Council.
