(1) The terms and conditions of service of all the officers and the employees Miscellaneous. of the Council shall be specified by the State government from time to time. (2) No suit or legal proceeding shall lie against any officer or employee of the Council for anything done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act.
