ll the Estate Officer has reason to believe that any persons are in unaulhorized occupation of any public premises, the Estate Officer or any other Officer authorized by him in this behall, may require those persons or any other persons to Iurnish intormation relating to the names and other particulars of the persons in occupation of public premises and every person so required shall be bound to lurnish the inrormation in his possession.
