Process of ldentlficatlon of Eligible Slum Dwellers, Grant of Legal Entitlement and Dispute Resolution : The State Government shall prescribe and notify necessafy directions for the identification and periodrc survey of slum dwellers including bio-metric survey, manner of grantof legal entitlement to dwelling space, grievance redressal/drspute resolution mechanism etc. for the purpose of granting legal entitlement to the slum dwellers.
