Conditions for allotment of a dwelling space : The allotment of the dwelling space under sub-section (1) of section 3 shall be subiect to the following conditions :- (1) the slum dwellers undertakes to pay the affordable cost for the dwelling space; and (2) the slum dwellers will occupy or conshuct the dwelling house as the case may be within the period notifi€d by the City/ UrbanAreas Slum Redevelopment Committee; and (3) the slum dweller undertakes to abide b, the conditions of allotment. 221
