Gompensation for acquisition of land : (1) Where land is acquired for the purpose of allotmentto the slum dweller, every person having any interest in any land acquired under this Act shall be entitled to receive compensation from the Slate Government. 227 (2) Compensation will be paid to the land owner which may be monetary or in the form of conc€ssional building rights in lieu of value of land foregone, partially or wholly transterable or a combination of both. (3) The process of determination, appointment and procedure of payment ofcompensation as required undersuFsection (1) shall . be as prescribed.
