Land acquired by State Government to be made available to the City/Urban Area Slum Redevelopment Committee : Where any land in a slum area or any other area has been acquired under this Act the State Government shall make the land available to the Cityiurban Area SIum Redevelopment Committee for the purpose of executing any scheme of redevelopmenUUpgradation/resettlement.
