Any person vrho : (a) Dishonestly makes use of any Certificate of registration issued underthe provisions of thisAct to him or her or any other person ; or (b) Procures or attempt to procure registration under provisions of this Act by making or producing causing to be made or produced any false or fraudulent declaration, or certificate or representation whether in writing orotherwise ; or (c) Willfully makes or causes to make any false representation in any matter relating to the registration of Certificates issued under the provisions of this Act ; or (d) Being the Secretary Manager orother Officer ofa Hospital, School or other lnstitution issues or authorizes the issue of a certificate to any person or enters, or authorizes entry of the name of such person in contravention of section 25 shall be punished with a fine which may extend to two thousand rupees orwith imprisonment for a term $/hich may extend to six months or with both.
