Any person who practices pr allows a person to practice as a Nurse, Nurs+.Midwife, Lady Health Msitor, Female Health Worker or Auxiliary Nursetum-Midwife in contravention of section 27 shall be punished with a fine which may extend up to rupees two thousand and up to rupees two hundred for each day the otfence crntinues after cuviction.
