Otlicers ol the University : The following shall be the otficers of the University namely :' (a) The Chancellor (b) Pro-Chancellor (c) TheVice-Chancellor (d) Pro-Vice-Chancellor (e) The Registrar (f) The Finance Officer, and (g) Such other officers as may be declared by the statues to be officers of the University.
