National and lnternational Accreditation: (1) The University will seek accreditation from respective national and international accreditation bodies: (2) The University shall obtain prior permission/ approval from National Accreditation bodies like NCTE, BCl, AICTE, etc before commencing any course required permission or recognition from concerned bodies, if required by any law for the time being in force, shall be obtained ; (3) As regards other Programmes on technical education the relevant laws, rules, regulations etc. in the matter of obtalning approval/ recognilion or maintain standards shall apply to the University; '13. Places ot Campuses: (1) The Campus of University shall be at any place in Aalo and ordinarily within the state ot Arunachal Pradesh and it may have Campuses, Hegional Centres. Study Centres anywhere in lndia & Abroad; after five years of ib coming into existence as per guideline of the UGC Act 1956 and the Arunachal Pradesh Colleges and other lnstitutions of Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation Act, 2010) and the UGC (Establishment and l\ilaintenance Standards in Private Universities) Regulation, 2003 clause 3.3 of the Regulation. (2) The Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, members of the board of Governors, Members of the Board o[ lvlanagement and the academic council for the time being hold;ng offices as such in the University so established, shall constitute a body corporate and can sue and be sued in the name ot University; 136 (3) The Board of Governors will decide the usage of land, building and other properties acquired by the university, which is for the benefits of university.
