The Stale Council shall receive 100% financial grant from the Funds for Council. State Government to meet its expenses on pay and allowances and other service benefits of its Registrar and other employees and also for meeting the accommodation, Stationery, Equipment. Travelling/ Dearness allowances and other allowances/expenses, but the state Council's account shall be audited annually through the State Government authorities.
