\A/henever the Univeisity receives funds from any agencies Sponsoring a scheme to be executed by th"e University, notwithstanding anything iR this Act and Regulations:- (a) the amount received shall be kept by the University separately from the University Fund and utilized only forlhe purpose of , thq.scheme; and (b) the stalf required to execute the scheme shall be recruited in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by the sponsoring organization.
