The Board $all also submit to the State Government such statiSics, returns, particulars, documents, statements or papers in regard to any proposed or existing horsing schemes or relating to any matter or proceedinp connected with the working of the Board at such tines and in such forms and manner as may be prescrbed or as the State Government may, from time to tine direct.
