The Board shall, belore such date and in such form and at such intervals as may be prescribed, submit to the State Government a report on such matters as may be reouired, and the Slate Government shall cause sucl report to be published in the Official Gazette and every such report shall be laid before the House of tre State Legislature as soon as it is published.
