No suit, prosecution or legal proceedings shall lie in respect of anything done in good faith or intended to be done under this Act or rule or bye-laws made thereunder, againstthe officerof the State Government or against theBoard or any committee or against any person acling under the directions ol such Board, Committee or any oflicer or servant of State Government Board or Committee.
