(1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed under Appeal. seclion 25, 26, or 37 may prefer an appeal, in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed, to :- (a) The Committee, where such order is passed by the Secretary of the Committee with in thirty days trom the date of order; (b) The Board, where such order is passed by the committee of the Board within thirty days from the date ol order: and (c) The State Government, where such order is passed by the Managing Director olthe Board or by the Board, within thirty days from the date ol such order. Bar to civil suit and Protection to person acting in good faith. Bar to suit in absence of notice. Power ol the State Government to amend the Schedule. Penalty for contravention of Act, Rules and Bye- laws. CHAPTER -VII PENALTY 110 (2) The Appellate Authority, if it considers necessary so to do grant stay ol the order appealed against for such period as lt may deem fit. (3) The order passed by the State Government under this section shall be final.
