Porvers of the State Govemment to inspect the University : ( l ) For the purpose of ascertaining the standards of teaching, examination and research or any other matter relating to the University, the State Govemment may cause an inspection, to be made in such manner as may be prescribed, by such person or persons as it may deem fit. (2) The State Government shall communicate to lhe University iE recommendat ons ln regard to the result of such inspection for conective action. The Unh/ersity shall adopt such conective measures and make efforts so as to ensure the compliance of the recommendations.
