Authorities of the University: (1) The following shall be the authorities of the University namely:- (a) The Board of Governors; (b) The Board of Management; (c) The Academic Council; (d) The Finance Committee; and ( e) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
