Standing Committee : (1) There shall be a StanC:'.ng. Committee of the State Educational Advisory Council for the School Educc:tion, Teacher Education, Adult Education etc. 544 (2) The standing committee shall consist the following members : (a) The Director of School Education Chairman (b) The Principal, SIE Member (c) The Joint Director of School Member Education (E) (d) The Joint Director of School Member Education (P) (e) The Joint Director of School Member Education(A) (f) The Deputy Director of School Member Education (TE) (g) The Principal Govt. Higher Member Secondary School (any one) (h) One educationist to be nominated Member (i) One teacher from Govt. school Member (3) The State Government shall constitute a Standing Committee of the State Educational Advisory Council for the Elementary Education if feels necessary and expedient, the composition of which shall be such as may be prescribed. ( 4) The powers and functions and term of office of the members of the Standing Committee shall be such as may be prescribed.
