Establishment of Courts of Civil Judge (Senior Division) : (1) There may be established by the Government, in consultation with the High Court, such numbers of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) for a district or more than one district as may be necessary. (2) Each Court of a Civil Judge (Senior Division) shall be presided over by a Judge to be called as Civil Judge (Senior Division).
