Establishment of Courts of Additional District Judge : (1) There may be established by the Government, in consultation with the High Court, such numbers of the Court of Additional District Judge for a district or more than one district as may be necessary. (2) Each Court of an Additional District Judge shall be presided over by a Judge to be called as Additional District Judge.
