Budget of the Authority : (1 ) TheAuthority shall prepare in each financial year, in such form and at such time as may be prescribed, its budget for the next financialyea( shorving the estimaled receipts and expenditure of the Authority and forward the same for the approval of the State Government, (2) TheAuthority shall not incur any expenditurc otherwise than in accordance with the budget provisions as approved by the State Government.
