Fund of the Authority : (1) There shall be established a fund known as the Arunachal Pradesh Arun Parivar Patra Authority Fund for the purposes of this Act. (2) ln addition to the sum of money paid by the State Government under Section 27, the following shall be credited to the Fund, namely : (a) aids and loans raised by the Authority with the prior approval of the Finance Department . (b) any sum of money received by the Authority by way of feesi (c) any other sum of money received by theAuthority with the prior approval of the Finance Department. (3) The Fund shall be utilized by the Authority to meet out the expenses incuned in carrying out the purposes of thisAct including payment of allowances to the non-of{icial members of the Authonty, payment of salaries and allowances to the officers and staff of theAuthority
