vacating of Office : (1) Any member other than the Ex-officio member of any authority or bodyof the University may resign his office. The letter of resignation written in hand by the member shall be sentto the Mce-Chancellor. Such resignation shall take effect immediately on its acceptance and communicatlon to the concerned. 362 (2) No member of the authority or body of the Universitywho is nominated in his capacity as a member of a pa(icular body or as a teacher or where expressly stated so, as the holder of a particular appointment shall continue to be a member of the authority or body of the University after he cease to be a member of a particular body or teacher or the holder of that particular appointment : Provided that such of the teacher who are continued on aftaining superannuation till the end of the academic year on re- appointment bases, sfia// cease lo be member of such authoity or body on attainment of superannuation.
