Action not invalidated merely on the ground of defect in ths constitution, vacancy etc. : (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or rule made thereunder or proceedings of theAuthority of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of the existence of any vacancy or defect in the constitrjtion or re- constifution of the Authonty and notwithstanding - that there is a vacancy in the membership of such authorlty or body shall be invalidated for any such ground or grounds. (2) No resolution of any authorityofthe university shallbe deemed to be invalidated on account of any iregularity in the service of notice upon any member p!'ovided that the proceedings oJ such authority or body were not prejudicially affected by such inegulerity.
