Protection of action taken in good faith - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government, the Council, the President, the Vice-President, the Registrar, the Deputy Registrar, members and officers and employees appointed under this Act for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rules made there under.
