Officers to be pubic servants - The members of the Council, the Registrar, the Deputy Registrar, Inspectors and other officers and employees appointed under this Act, shall be deemed to be the public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860(Central Act No.45 of 1860).
