Over riding effect - The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Act 1 of 1982) or any other law for the time being in force in the State. Explanation:- For the removal of doubts it is hereby declared that in respect of matters not provided for in this Act, the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Act 1 of 1982) shall apply so far as School Education is concerned.
