Mandal Education Fund - (1) The 2[Mandal Education Management Committee] shall maintain a Mandal Education Fund which shall consist of the grant-in-aid received from the State Government and Zilla Parishad or from any other source, the funds allocated to education in the Mandal Budget and Public donations. (2) The Mandal Education Fund shall be utilised by the 2[Mandal Education Management Committee] for the purpose of its functions: Provided that the salary grants shall be operated in the manner prescribed by the Government. (3) The Fund shall be operated by the 2[Mandal Education Management Committee] in such manner as may be prescribed.
