Penalty for carrying on business without licence or in violation of the conditions of the licence - Whoever carries on the business of Pawn Broking without a licence or in violation of the conditions of the licence or otherwise than in conformity with the term and conditions of the licence shall be punished With imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than one year but which may extend to three years and with fine which may extend to rupees fifty thousand.
