Maintenance of Registers - (1) There shall be maintained separate registers for Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Fisheries Diploma Holders and such other Para veterinary/allied Technicians declared as such by the Government. (2) The Register shall be maintained in such manner (manual and electronic) and in such form and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed. (3) The Secretary shall keep the registers in accordance with the provision of this Act and the rules and regulations framed there under. (4) The registers shall be deemed to be public document within the meaning of section 74 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872(Central Act 1 of 1872).
