Penalty for use of Un-verified Weight or Measure:- Whoever, uses or keeps for use any unverified Weight or Measure for Milk Procurement shall be punished with fine which shall not be less than Rs.2,000/- but which may extend to Rs.10,000/- and, for second or subsequent offence with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year and also with fine.
