Obstructing officers of the Authority - Any person who obstructs or abuses or hinders an officer or agent of the Authority acting in the discharge of his duty under this Act or any regulations made there under shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Rs. 10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or both.
