Medical Registrar - The Council shall cause to be maintained in the prescribed manner a register of medical practitioners, which shall contain the names of the medical practitioners, arranged in the alphabetical order and publish it in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. It shall be the duty of the Registrar to keep the register correct and from time to time, to revise the register and publish it in the prescribed manner. Such register shall be deemed to be a public document within the meaning of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. CHAPTER VI REGISTRATION OF MEDICAL PRACTIONERS
