Certain provisions not to apply to Developers - Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, a Developer shall have the right to fix rates, tariffs, charges, imposts and fee for services provided by him. Further the Developer shall have the right to determine the currency in which such rates, tariffs, charges, imposts and fee would be denominated.
